The Management Development Programme at the University of Nottingham is designed to assist managers at every stage of their career by providing a range of opportunities to develop and practise the skills needed to manage successfully. The programme fully reflects the specialised circumstances of managing at a University and is also designed to promote the ‘Nottingham management approach’ as expressed in the University Plan and the Staff Handbook.
